Sustainability & Green Policies
Soho Gourmet have a full sustainability and green policy, available upon request. It provides an overview of the various ways that we operate to maximise efficiency, minimise waste, whilst using biodegradable products and Zero single use plastic. We work hard to operate as ‘green’ as possible, from how we source our food to specifically controlled waste disposal.
Soho Gourmet have a wide range of experience working on ‘Plastic free’ and ‘Albert’ accredited productions.
